With over 13 years of experience as a physical therapist — and more than 11 devoted exclusively to pelvic health — I have had the privilege of caring for the Charlotte community through highly personalized, one-on-one treatment for the past 8 years.

My path into pelvic health is not only professional, but deeply personal. Before specializing in this field, I experienced pelvic floor dysfunction myself —a journey that opened my eyes to how under-recognized and life-altering these challenges can be. That experience ultimately shaped my passion for this work and continues to influence the way I care for each of my patients.

I am also a mama of two, and personally navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the physical transitions of motherhood has further deepened my connection to the women I care for. I understand firsthand the demands placed on your body during all these times, and the importance of feeling strong, supported, and reconnected.

My clinical work spans a wide range of pelvic health conditions, with a special passion for guiding women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the natural hormonal transitions that shape each stage of life.
